Sovereign: Fall of Wormwood is a sci-fi tactical card game for 2-4 players that you can play right out of the box! Choose one of the six pre-constructed Faction decks and start playing immediately!
Build your way to success, or steal from other players. New citizens are gained every turn, use them to work towards your goals or send them to war. Tactically position units and attack an opponent to gain the upper hand or make deals to move both players’ goals forward.
Fight, bluff, or negotiate your way to victory!
A RICH UNIVERSE TO EXPLORE
Gorgeous artwork, killer flavor text, and short stories for each Faction provide a rich backdrop to gameplay. This is a universe where a player is just as likely to encounter an Angel made of nanites as they are a parasitic Boreworm larva. Lead your citizens into a new age of enlightenment, or worship a semi-conscious fungus and infect your friends - how you engage is entirely up to you!
OPTIMIZED FOR MULTIPLAYER
Though it plays great with 2, Sovereign was designed with 3-4 players in mind. Make temporary alliances to take down a leader, or trade faction powers to bring down a particularly tough unit. No player elimination means it’s always anyone's game.
