Fluorescent Color Set
GAME COLOR
Fluorescent colors are formulated with fl uorescent
pigments capable of absorbing ultraviolet light
and re-emitti ng it as visible light.
This phenomenon produces an apparent luminosity
far greater than that of conventi onal pigments, resulti ng
in extremely intense and vibrant colors.
In miniature painti ng, fl uorescent paints are mainly
used to create high-intensity visual eff ects that simulate
energy sources or luminous elements.
They are especially useful for representi ng OSL (Object
Source Lighti ng), magical energies, plasma-charged
weapons, glowing runes, bright eyes, technological
screens or indicators, as well as radiati on, neon
or toxic eff ects.
Thanks to their high saturati on, they allow the creati on
of strong contrasts and striking lighti ng eff ects even
when applied in thin layers. The Fluorescent Color Set brings together the eight
fl uorescent references from the Game Color range
in a single format, off ering a complete soluti on
for creati ng luminous, energeti c and highly saturated
eff ects on fantasy, sci-fi and wargaming miniatures.
For maximum brightness, apply them over a white
primer or basecoat.
The colors can be mixed with each other to obtain
diff erent color nuances. They can also be mixed
with Game Color paints to achieve highly
luminous eff ects or applied as a fi lter to increase
color intensity.
The paints are formulated for use both
with brush and airbrush, without the need
for additi onal thinning.
