Exercising your right of withdrawal in our webshop

Our webshop provides consumers with the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. This is not a special discount or extra benefit, but a consumer right defined by law, which we naturally consider binding and apply accordingly.

The essence of the right of withdrawal is that a customer who qualifies as a consumer may withdraw from an online order within the legally defined period, without giving any reason.

What does withdrawal mean?

Withdrawal means that the consumer steps back from the concluded purchase contract. In the case of online shopping, this right is provided because the customer cannot physically examine, handle or try the product before ordering in the same way as in a physical store.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer informs us that they wish to withdraw from the order, or from part of the order. After we receive the notification, we will send further information about the process, return shipment and any applicable refund to the email address provided.

What is the withdrawal form for?

The withdrawal form available on this page is intended to provide a simple, standardised and documented way to notify us of your intention to withdraw. Using the form helps ensure that all necessary information reaches us accurately and that the process can be started in a clear and transparent manner.

However, using the form is not mandatory. If the customer prefers, they may also notify us of their intention to withdraw by sending a clear free-text email. In this case, please make sure that the message clearly states the intention to withdraw and includes the information required to identify the order.

What happens after the notification?

  • We process the withdrawal notification after receiving it.
  • We send the information required for the next steps to the email address provided by the customer.
  • Information about return shipment, deadlines and refunds is provided in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
  • During the process, we act on the basis of consumer rights and the relevant statutory requirements.

Note: Products that can be ordered in unit packages can only be returned per order unit.
