We can explain and present the games available in the store, and if there is an opened copy, you can also look inside or try the game.

If a board game is not currently in our range, but you would like to purchase it through us, we can help you look for it. Tell us in person or by email what you are looking for, and if it can be sourced through our domestic or international partners, we will do our best to help you get it.

For webshop purchases, our logistics partners usually deliver orders within 2–3 days. Within Hungary, we provide free delivery for board game orders over HUF 30,000.

There are many board games, and not every game will be the right fit for everyone. To help you decide which game suits you, we let you rent games for 168 hours if you visit our store in person.
How can I rent a board game?
If, despite the rental option, you still do not like a game purchased from us, we may take it back from you whether it is unopened or, under certain conditions, even if you have already opened it.
What does the extra guarantee mean?
Board games opened for rental, trial or demonstration are later sold at discounted prices. These games are usually in very good condition and are often copies that have only been played once or twice.
If an opened or used game has any defect or missing component, we indicate this clearly on the product page.

If you do not have Hungarian rules for a game but English or German rules are available, or if you have rules but something is unclear, we can help with understanding them. If we have Hungarian rules, we can provide a copy; if not, we will try to obtain them or help with translation where possible.

We have adjusted our opening hours to the nature of our products and the habits of our customers. Our store is open on weekdays from 11:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00, while our webshop is available every day, 24 hours a day.
